Refund and Returns Policy
This policy explains how refund, return, cancellation, and payment concerns are generally handled for bookings and event participation.
Bookings are service reservations
PickleHub PH primarily handles court time, Open Play, Tournament, and venue-related service reservations. Since these are scheduled services, refund handling may depend on the venue, booking time, cancellation window, payment method, and actual reservation status.
Refund review
Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate payments, failed payment status, cancelled bookings, venue-initiated cancellations, weather or operational issues, or other valid cases. Refund approval is not automatic and may require admin or venue owner review.
Manual payments
For manual payment methods, users may be asked to provide payment proof, transaction reference, sender name, or other details. If a manual payment proof is rejected, users may be asked to re-upload proof or contact support.
Automated payments
For automated payment providers, payment reversals or refunds may follow the provider’s processing rules and timeline. PickleHub PH may rely on gateway confirmation, webhook status, and transaction records when reviewing requests.
No physical returns
Most PickleHub PH transactions are booking services rather than physical goods. If merchandise, sponsor items, or third-party products are later offered, their own return terms may apply.
